  1. I've told my mom about some health problems I've been having recently. She told me that I should look into getting a DOT physical. I didn't know exactly what she was talking about, so it's good to know what a DOT physical procedure entails. I didn't know that it was so thorough. I'm pretty sure that it should find out what's going on with my blood pressure, back problems, and any other problems I may be having with my health.
